Quotations
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated and exclude duties and taxes at destination.
Samples
Sample dispatch is subject to product availability and payment of shipping costs.
Payments
Payment terms, Incoterms (such as FOB or CIF), bank details and timelines are confirmed on the proforma invoice. Delays in payment may affect production and shipping slots.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoiced value of goods. Force majeure events may impact delivery timelines.
